Got vident iLink400 Mercedes Benz Sprinter scanner, it arrived me in good package, I follow the quick guide to register one member in the videnttech.com without no problem. However, when I tried to select and install Benz & Sprinter vehicle brand, I got error ” Saving database error”, what can I do now? Please help.

Format the sd card;
Uninstall the iScanzilla and reinstall it.
