How to Solve Vident Scanner Lost User Name and Password?

What if you lost the user name and password of Vident and fail to run an upgrade?  Here’s the proper solution.

Problem: 

My use account number and password lost .You please me gave account and password for me. I am using the Vident iAuto700 diagnostic scanner. Thank you.

Provide your Vident obd2 scanner Serial Number (S/N) to us to get you the login User Name. 

Then press “Forget password” on login interface to find password again.

*The method can be applied to all Vident scan tools.
